Rose Quartz- The Universal Love Stone
Rose Quartz is known as the Universal love stone. Its beautiful, soft pink glow sends off harmonious vibes of love, peace and joy. It is a stone of divine proportions and we all should utilise it wonderful healing and loving qualities. My suggestion? A large bowl or piece of Rose Quartz slap bang in the middle of your main family space - surround it with a couple of Amethysts as a way of diluting the energy of the RQ. RQ on its own can be so powerful so as to overwhelm- the Amethyst, calms down the energy somewhat. Rose Quartz is readily avaialable and very, very affordable, so even if you start with one small piece, please do that- you can always add to it later. To keep your Rose Quartz in prime condition, allow it to sit in the Full Moon energy once a month. this will clear and transmute any negetive energy it has absorbed and rechrge it for the month ahead. A little sunlight is ok but too much willfade your stone. Another way of bringing the energy of the RQ into your life is to add a small piece to your drinking water occasionally. I realise that to alot of people these ideas sound 'out there' and 'unbelieveable' but i ask you not to ridicule something you have not tried. Crystals, plants, rocks etc all have subtle energies that we can harness in our lives. Try some RQ in the living room- we can all do with some extra loving occasionally. And it makes a great looking centre piece and conversation starter as well!!
